| Our appartments are equipped with all the kitchen utensils common in Italy. In the kitchen there is a gascooker but no oven. Bedlinen and towels are not included in the price, on request we can provide you with bedlinen and towels. The price for a complete set of bedlinen for a double bed I Euro 8,00 and Euro 5,00 for a single bed. A towel costs Euro 1,50 each. Our double beds are 1,60 m wide and a single bed is 80 cm wide. |
| The final cleaning is included in the price but the kirchen area, fride and utensils must be left clean. In the case these conditions are not met there would be a supplementary charge up to Euro 80,00. |
| Our requirements for reservation are 30 % pre-payment (but at leqast Euro 130,00) to be paid within 7 days after receiving our confirmation, complete payment on arrival. The reservation is only valid after the receipt of the pre-payment. Banking details will be comunicated with the booking confirmation. |
Cancellation: If you have to cancel your booking we ask you for a comunication in writing as soon as possible. The client will be held responsible for 30% of the total more than 21 days before arrival |
| There will be no reimbursement for early termination
of the stay. For the payment of your bill we acept traveller cheques in Euro and cash money of course. On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of Euro 200,00 against possible brackage/damage. Arrival: The apartment will be at your disposal from 3.30 p.m. on Departure: It is necessary to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m. |
